Who we are
Chăm is an English-learning service at getcham.app. In these terms, ‘Chăm’, ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean the team that runs it. Contact: contact@getcham.app.
Your account
You need an account to use Chăm. Keep your login details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
What Chăm gives you
Practice, feedback, band estimates and flashcards. Band scores are estimates against the public band descriptors. They are not official results and do not guarantee any score on a real exam.
Your content
Your essays, recordings and cards stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run Chăm for you. You can export or delete them at any time.
Fair use
Don’t misuse Chăm: no attempts to break it, scrape it, resell it, or upload anything illegal or that you don’t have the right to share.
Exam names
IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and Cambridge are trademarks of their owners. Chăm is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Changes and ending
We may update Chăm and these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you by email before it applies. You can close your account at any time; we may close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Chăm is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, including exam results.
