We collect what we need to run Chăm, nothing to sell, and you can take it or delete it whenever you want.
What we collect
Account details (email, target band, exam, first language). What you create (essays, speaking recordings and transcripts, cards). How you use Chăm (sessions, scores, review history), so the scheduling and progress features work.
Why
To score your work, schedule your reviews, show your progress, and email you about your account.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t use your essays or recordings for advertising.
Who helps us
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the services that process your work to give feedback. They only handle data to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it or close your account. Backups clear within 30 days after that.
Your rights
Ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data at contact@getcham.app.
Children
Chăm is not for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll email you before it applies.
